I am a young legal professional with a track record of success in roles of increasing responsibility and
leadership. My primary expertise has focused on employee and labor relations, mostly accumulated with a large multinational Fortune 500 company. I made impacts both at the plant that I oversaw as well as across the corporation, including:

 

Avoiding $300,000 in contractual liability at a heavy industrial manufacturing plant, managing the employment lifecycle and talent management for hundreds of employees (represented and non-represented), developing training modules for management and front-line employees, and investigating and responding to Agency Complaints and Requests for Information from International Union representatives.

 

I also have experience ranging from hands-on factory positions, to recreational computer coding, to working for a small investigatory agency of the
federal government.
